Shipping policy

  • We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
  • For orders placed with COD, an advance payment is required. For orders below ₹500/-, a fixed advance payment of ₹50/- must be paid at the time of placing the order. For orders of ₹500/- or more, an advance payment of 10% of the total purchase value must be paid at the time of placing the order.
  • For example, if your cart value is ₹1,000/-, you will need to pay ₹100/- in advance, and the remaining ₹900/- will be payable through COD upon delivery.
  • It usually takes 1–2 working days to dispatch your order from our warehouse.
  • After your order has been dispatched, our delivery partner usually takes 5–6 working days to deliver the product.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
